Antenatal 101 is a new style and approach to traditional antenatal classes. It's not a group session which means it's devoted entirely to you (and your partner). This means that no time is wasted and in a very short time you are able to receive information; ask questions and get the right answers and key tips so that you're better equipped to recognise the signs and know just what to do on the Big Day (smile).

“So Simple”; “Effective” and “Just what I needed” are what past partcipants have expressed or said about Antenatal 101. And thats because this is more than a session. This is about You looking forward to the most exciting moment of your lives and being overjoyed about it.

No Longer Puzzled
Let's imagine that you're building a puzzle but you aren't sure what the complete image looks like. You have all these pieces (of information) and you're not entirely sure how they fit. In this session we'll begin arranging those pieces so that the picture (of what you want) becomes clearer.
